Cancellation Policy
WHY?
We understand that life happens sometimes and you ay need to cancel or reschedule your session with us. However to respect our time and other clients we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes.

- Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the schedule time will result in a cancellation fee of 60% of the session price you was originally booked on.
- No-shows will result in full service charge if no notice is given.

By booking a session with us you are agreeing to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation - this policy helps us serve all clients efficiently.

Refunds
As we all know we have some bad weather around winter time in the Uk so any 1-1 sessions or small group sessions that do get cancelled due to snow or any other circumstances, you will receive a full refund from us.
You will not receive a refund under any other circumstance to protect our employees time and income.

This does not apply to our Elite Team program. If a session is cancelled due to bad weather or another emergency no refund will be given.
